Oh, I dunno. Maybe the planet's natives are primitive? I don't really care that much personally, just so long as everyone can join in. We can always just pretend your Bretonnians are the 9th Valhallan Regiment's honoured 2nd Rough Rider Cohort (actually, that'd make for an awesome Bretonnian army, a bunch of IG that got stranded on a primitive world...), Struan's Skaven are minor undivided daemons, Norbert's Tomb Kings are local corpses animated by some Chaos Sorcerer (clearly not Alan's, as he just wanders around turning random people into spawn), and so on.
Edit: 400 points for Necromunda/Mordheim and Kill-Team is fine with me. I should be playing some Infinite Frontier today so hopefully I can claim some victories in the name of whichever side I feel like playing on (it's going to be Marines vs Marines anyway, so...). Probably Disorder; might as well stick to one cause.
